By downloading, installing, or using the pixel2stitch mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

pixel2stitch is a mobile application that allows users to convert images into cross-stitch patterns. The service includes image processing, pattern generation, and related functionality.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload or process images that infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Not use the App to create offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

5. Intellectual Property Rights

App Content: All code, design, graphics, and other content in the pixel2stitch app are owned by us or our licensors.

User Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload and the patterns generated from your images.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Generated Content

Patterns generated by pixel2stitch are for personal use only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated patterns complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Advertising

pixel2stitch displays advertisements through Yandex Ads. By using the App, you agree to receive advertisements as part of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Quality or accuracy of generated patterns
• Loss of data or images
• Interruptions in service
• Any damages resulting from use of the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
